Pure Island Gifts is a family-run business selling handcrafted gifts and home decorations. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out on this page. Our contact email is [email protected].
By placing an order through our website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete. Once you have placed and paid for your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This constitutes our acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if a product is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if we are unable to fulfil the order for any other reason. In such cases you will be notified and a full refund issued promptly.
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. Payment is processed securely via PayPal. We do not store any payment card details.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days via Royal Mail. Full details are available on our Delivery & Returns page. While we make every effort to meet these timescales, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances outside our control.
Due to the handcrafted and decorative nature of our products, we do not accept returns on online orders. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photographic evidence and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We welcome enquiries for bespoke and custom orders. Please contact us before placing any bespoke order so we can discuss your requirements and confirm availability. Bespoke orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
We make every effort to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, as many of our items are handcrafted, there may be slight variations in appearance between individual pieces. These natural variations are part of the charm and character of handmade goods and do not constitute a defect.
